Telehealth allows you to get professional help with hearing problems from the comfort of your own home.

4.9 rating on Google with over 600 reviews

Individuals with hearing loss often neglect their condition and delay treatment for an average of 7-10 years. This time can have devastating implications on their mental, emotional, and physical health for people with untreated hearing loss.

Unfortunately, many are still understandably wary about in-person appointments due to the current pandemic. For those people, the good news is that we now have a telehealth audiology service available to you.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows you to get professional help with hearing problems from the comfort of your own home, either over the phone or by video chat.

This covers people who may need new or updated hearing aids, as well as modifications to their current hearing aids. You may not need to leave your home in most circumstances, especially if you already have a relationship with us from a previous appointment.

We offer the following services:

Online consultations

We can do full consultations via video chat. You can now make a call or have a video chat about your needs from the comfort of your own home.

Remote hearing aid adjustment

You can request changes to your hearing aid programming to better suit the environments you spend time in. The programming changes will be delivered to your smartphone, which you can then upload to your hearing aids via the right hearing aid app.

Hearing aid tracking

Many modern hearing aids can gather and convey information about your hearing profile and preferences to us. We’ll better grasp what you’re hearing and any potential concerns once we have that information. Many hearing aids include Bluetooth connectivity, which allows them to connect to apps on your smartphone.

Troubleshoot hearing aid issues remotely

We can perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting for those who have hearing aids that are faulty or damaged. Most hearing aid repairs may be done at home, but sometimes we may need you to send them in for more involved repairs.

Why should you use our online care services?

More convenient: Even before the pandemic, if you lived far away from an audiologist, your access to hearing care may have been limited. Fortunately, our remote services can assist you in overcoming these geographical barriers.

Ideally suited to fine-tuning: It takes time to adjust to a new set of hearing aids, and you may need to make numerous adjustments before you’re satisfied. This holds true especially for first-time hearing aid users. Telehealth allows you to receive all of the adjustments you need without commuting to in-office consultations.

Great for people with limited mobility: If you’re housebound or in an assisted living facility, being able to receive virtual care eliminates one inconvenient journey.

An estimated 50% of American adults could have hearing loss by age 65. With our telehealth services, you can regularly visit an audiologist from the comfort of your home. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
