Sam started her position with Timeless Hearing in August 2025 as a Front Office Professional in Elmira, NY. She earned in Bachelor’s in English and Professional Writing from SUNY Cortland in 2022. Her degree taught her the importance of effective communication, and she uses the skills everyday within her reactions with patients, providers, and other colleagues. Sam knows that when we can communicate properly, we can build a stronger relationship with not only ourselves but one another, impacting the community in positive ways. She believes hearing care is one of the best ways to get us there. In her free time, she dives into fictional worlds of literature and spends quality time with her husband and two cats.
